Ranchero Oven-fried chicken
2 cups pepperidge farm herb sesoned or corn bread stuffing crushed
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 can campbells condensed creamy ranchero tomato soup
4 pounds of chicken breasts thighs or drumsticks
put the crushed stuffing and flour on 2 seperate plates
stir the soup and water in shallow dish lightly coat the chicken with the flour dip the chicken tint the soup mixture then coat the stuffing crumbs . Put the chicken on the baking dish bake at 400 for the first 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
Beef Stroganoff
1 pound boneless beef sirloin or top round steak, 3/4 thick cut into 2 inch pieces
cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon veggie oil
1 medium onion finely chopped 1/2 cup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 package hot cooked egg noodles
chopped fresh parsley
Creamy Chicken Bake
1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken breast halves about 4 to 6
1 can campbells cream of broccoli soup
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 jar ( 4 1/2 ounces) of mushrooms sliced
1/4 grated parmsan cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of butter melted
place the chicken in a 13 by 9 dish mix the soup, milk garlic powder and mushrooms on a medium bowl and pour over the chicken
mix the cheese and bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the soup mixture Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through stir the the sauce and serve with the the chicken
broccoli and pasta bianco
1 package 16 ounces medium tube-shaped pasta ( penne)
4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded pamesan cheese
prepare the pasta according to the package directions. Add the broccoli during the last 4 minutes of the cooking time drain pasta and broccoli well in colander.
Stir in the soup, milk, black pepper in a baking dish stir in pasta mixture, 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of the parmesan cheese. Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until hot and cheese melts.
Barbecued Pork Spareribs
4 pounds pork spare ribs
1 can campbells beef gravy
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
cut the ribs intoserving peices. heat the ribs in a 4 quart saucepot over high heat in water to cover until the water boils. Reduce the heat low, cover and cook for 30 minutes until the meat is almost tender. remove the ribs to paper towels to drain.
Mix the gravy, barbecue sauce and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add the ribs and toss gently to coat. Lightly oil the grill rack. preheat the grill . grill the ribs for 10 minutes while turning ribs over frequently during cooking and brushing with gravy mixture.
Sirloin Steak Picante
1 1/2 pounds of boneless beef
1 jar (16 ounces) chunky Salsa
While cooking Steak on grill brush often with the Salsa
serve with addtional salsa with the steak
Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 boneless chicken breast halves
( about 4 to 6 )
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
mix the soup, water, rice, onoin powder and black pepper in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. top with chicken and sprinkle chicken with addional black pepper.
Cover and Bake 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is done and rice is cooked
Uncover and sprinkle with cheese over the chicken.
Chicken Nacho Taco
1 tablespoon veggie oil
1 medium onoin chopped
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 can campbells fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 cut of cubed cooked chicken or 2 4.5 ounces caned chicken
8 taco shells or flour tortillas warmed
shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, and sliced olives
het the oil in skillet add the onoin and chilli powder and cook tell onion tender
stir in soup and chicken. Cook and stir until its hot. divide the chickenmixture among the taco shells. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and sliced olives optional
Spaghetti Zuchinni Chicken casserole
1 package spaghetti cooked and drained
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded low fat swiss cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley or chives
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
stir the soup, water and milk in a sauce pan heat over medium heat to boil. Stir in the swiss cheese while cooking grade zuchini in strips and saute with pam spray in pan until cooked mix with shredded chicken and zuchinni put all together sprinkle with parmesan chesse put in oven 350 for 15 minutes or until heated through
Cheddar Broccoli Bake ( great for side dish)
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup milk dash ground pepper
4 cups cooked broccoli cuts
1 can of french onions
stir the soup, milk black pepper, broccoli and 2/3 cup onions in a casserole and cover
bake at 350 for 25 minutes tehn stir
sprinkle the remaning onions over casserole bake for 5 minutes until golden
